Apple iPad bookings seem to be going nicely and at high rate. But on Saturday company has updated its site which shows that now the new Apple iPad orders won’t be shipped until April 12.
Well iPad Wi-Fi is also due to be shipped on the next Saturday, but the delivery date remains April 3, for those who had already placed their orders. The customers who pre-ordered the product, have choice to pickup from stock or make a delivery date, but this option has also been removed form the web site of Apple Store.
Now the Apple iPad Wi-Fi and also iPad 3G is still calendered to ship in late April, as the Apple’s Website is telling.
By pushing the delivery date of new orders, it would appear that pre-orders have already accounted for all of Apple’s available stock. Though there has been a lot of speculation on how many iPads the company has ordered, nobody really knows for sure.
Some sources say Apple sold hundreds of thousands iPads since it began taking pre-orders on March 12. The source also speculates that the iPad’s first three months of sales could top those of the original iPhone’s first three months.
New Accessories are also added up to Apple iPad, and will be available of pre-order. Also introducing new camera connection kit for iPad, to connect your camera directly to your iPad. $29 Accossory delivery is listed as “LATE APRIL” on the website.
Delivery dates of accessories of iPad remain unchanged.
